What is Reiki and What can it Do?
Reiki works with the symptoms an individual is experiencing, as well as the root cause of the imbalance. Reiki is holistic in its approach and works with the energetic, physical, and emotional aspects of the individual to address imbalances on all levels. Since Reiki is an energy it can transcend time and space. This is why a virtual distance reiki session is just as effective as an in-person session. It also provides you with the freedom to enjoy these services from the comfort of your own home.

What to Expect During Your Virtual Reiki Session?
You will complete a confidential client history form that outlines the areas in your body and life that you would like to focus on during your sessions. This will also help me monitor your progress from session to session.
You will meet with Erin via Zoom at the beginning of each session. This will take approximately 15 minutes and you will discuss what is coming up for you that day, what you feel like you need during your session and we can set an intention(s) for the reiki energy.
Depending on the type of Reiki session you are having you will either leave the Zoom session or continue via the Zoom session (this will be discussed prior to your session). Once you have completed the initial meeting Erin will then connect with you energetically to provide the distance reiki. You will need to lie down somewhere comfortable (in your home or where you are receiving the reiki) for approximately 45 minutes. During this time Erin will call in the energy of reiki with what was discussed during the meeting. She will work to clear and align your chakras, work with your intentions and needs and work with anything else that comes through during your session.
After the reiki is complete you will move back to Zoom to wrap-up your session and schedule.
